If a consultation is not right for you, we will make it right. Unused sessions can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
You can reschedule any session free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. Simply use the link in your confirmation email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may add a few days.
Tell us within 48 hours of your call. We will either assign a different consultant at no extra cost or refund the tier in full — your choice.
Sessions that were attended and completed, and no-shows without a 24-hour notice, cannot be refunded.
